We always change our cell phone plan when we go to Florida but Rogers Pay
As You Go makes it very hard to reach a customer service person on the
telephone. They try to make you use the online system but you can't change your
plan online. And if you try to change your plan on the phone the Rogers people say Pay As You Go is a totally different system but they can't direct your call. You have to phone the Pay As You Go number but there is no menu item to talk to a customer service person on that system. Fortunately, Barb was given a secret code last year that she could use on
the phone to get through to a real customer service person.
