Its A Wonderful Life

Ever since I can remember I have watched the movie “Its a Wonderful Life” during the Christmas season. It was a tradition for me even before I had a family. My family adopted it as they grew up.

This year, since Barb and I were in Florida, we wanted to start some new Christmas traditions which mostly involved not having Christmas traditions. However, the girls didn't like that plan.

Sarah bought the DVD of Its a Wonderful Life and showed it to her roommates and friends.

One night she was watching it with a friend and started texting Barb while she was watching.

Barb started to text back dialogue from the movie that I told her about, and she remembered, as Sarah was watching.

Sarah was freaking out because she thought Barb was looking up the dialogue on the internet. Barb said that she wasn't. Sarah said that Barb couldn't have remembered all of the dialogue herself because Barb doesn't have a good memory.

In the end, Sarah found out that I was prompting Barb and that made sense to Sarah because she knew that I had watched the movie so many times that I pretty much knew it off by heart.

But spending the winter in Florida is a Wonderful Life.
