Relax

My softball team had a chance to come in first place.  On the last game of the season, we were playing against a team and if we won we would come in first and if they won they would come in first.  The coach kept yelling at us to relax when we were up to bat and obviously it didn't work because we lost the game and ended in third place out of 24 teams which I thought was still pretty good.
