Barb doesn’t usually play mixed doubles because at her level
the men usually try to play the whole court by poaching the ball but she
decided to play in one tournament with a friend from Okeechobee. They didn’t get a medal but they got to play
spoiler. The only game they won was
against an undefeated team and they beat them quite badly. In fact, that bad defeat caused that
otherwise undefeated team to only get a silver medal.
