Canada Day

Barb watched the Canada Day Golf Cart Parade from the porch in the backyard.  Then we went to the barbecue at the picnic area.  We sat with a couple named Irene and Robert who were big fastball fans.  I talked to them about all of the tournaments that we coming to the area in the next few weeks.  Irene said that her son-in-law coaches the New Hamburg Junior team and her nephew plays for the Stratford Junior team.  Later I was talking to someone about how I grew up in Burlington and another lady said that she grew up in Hamilton.  I said my Dad had a hardware store on the Hamilton Mountain.  The husband said that his uncle owned a hardware store on the mountain.  He said it was called Murray's Hardware.  I said that my Dad bought his hardware store from Murray.  It was the same store.
