Too Late

Laura came to see my ballgame in the Church League.  I didn’t get to start in the game and then when I finally got in the game in the fifth inning the other team hit a two run walk off home run to mercy us.  So I didn’t get to bat and we didn’t even get an out when I was playing.  After the game I introduced Laura to the guys and they asked her how she liked the game.  She said she wished her Dad got to play more.
