Redial

The Dental Surgeon called Barb to set up an appointment for September.  He left a message on the answering machine.  So Barb used the redial to call him back.  But I guess I had phoned the CRA sometime during the day and when Barb used redial she called CRA and the lady who answered obviously didn't know what she was talking about. She had to find the number of the Dental Surgeon using the contacts.  Then she looked up the address in Betsy and found she had to know whether the address was on the street was called East or West.  Barb hates when there are roads with the same name that are called East and West or North and South.
