ABC

I read a newsletter from the Globe and Mail every morning that comes in my email.  I learn a lot about what is going on in Canada that way.  Today I was reading about the an ABC Judge who was making a ruling on the pipeline dispute.  Then I realized that it wasn't an ABC Judge it was A BC Judge as in British Columbia Judge.
