Barb phoned our internet service provider, Start, about
getting our phone hooked up. She thought
she was talking to our phone service, OOMA.
The man on the phone was very helpful and he listened to Barb's problem
but he kept asking if she had phoned OOMA.
Barb just kept talking and explaining her problem and the man kept
asking her if she had phoned OOMA.
Finally, Barb realized that she was not talking to our phone service
provider OOMA. So she finally hung up
and phoned OOMA. She was so amazed that
the man from Start could be so patient with her. She had wondered why he kept asking her the
same question over and over.
OMG!!! Laughing out loud!!!!!!!! That poor guy!!!!
