Barb tried to buy something from a Facebook advertisement that she thought was Body Works. She immediately got an email from Bank of America saying her card had been compromised, and they cancelled the purchase. It was a scam. They said they had cancelled her card and had sent her another one. So, she used my card for the time being. She waited a week, and it didn't come. She checked the mailbox every day, eagerly waiting for her card. She had that happen a couple of years ago. She never got her card in the mail, so she phoned them, and they sent another card. Still, she didn't get it, and they sent another card. Still, she didn't get it. So they sent a third card. And she didn't get it. So, finally, they couriered a card to her. When we got home, we found three cards from Bank of America. They had been sending them to our Canadian address. So this time, she ensured they would send the card to our American address. So, finally, she phoned Bank of America again, and she got a lovely lady who told her they had only put her card on hold and had not sent her a new card. So, the lady took her card hold off, and then her card worked again. It was lucky Barb didn't cut up her old card.
