Another Long Walk

After the rehearsal, we were supposed to go to a restaurant at the new Lansdowne complex.  Dillon was worried about losing his reservation so he asked me to walk ahead of the others.  I also wanted to get there right away because I was supposed to meet with the owner of the Airbnb early in the evening.  I walked to Bank Street and then walked in the direction of Lansdowne.  But I had walked a long way and didn’t see it so I thought maybe I was walking the wrong way.  I stopped and asked someone and they said I was walking the right way.  After I got to Lansdowne it was still a long walk to get to the restaurant.  I got there an ordered a personal size pizza which I was told was their specialty.  I had almost eaten the whole pizza when the others arrived.  I was about to leave when Barb said she had phoned the owner and postponed the meeting until later.
