Barb has been trying everything to solve her achilles
problem. She looked online and someone
said that using a roller pin on her calf for 2 minutes really helped. So she started using the rolling pin but she
didn't use a timer. It seemed to help a
little. So one day she decided to use
the timer on her Android. She found out that she was usually only rolling her calf
for 45 seconds. When she used the timer
and rolled for 2 minutes, it did really seem to help.
