Voltarin

Barb has been trying everything she can on her achilles.  She is using ice and Voltarin and heat and heat rubs.  Barb couldn't believe that Voltarin is only available by prescription in the US.  In Canada, it is available over-the-counter.  However, Barb's Nasinex that she uses for her allergies is available over-the-counter in the US and is only available by prescription in Canada.
