OOMA


Barb's friend messaged her and told Barb that our phone wasn't working.  Barb's friend calls her quite often during our dinner time.  So Barb phoned her back and the phone seemed to work from our end.  So her friend tried to call her back and couldn't get through.  The phone just disconnected the call.  So Barb called her back and talked to her and then she phoned OOMA our phone company.  She had wanted to phone them anyway because I had noticed a $100 charge on our Mastercard and didn't know why we were charged.  Anyway, the guy at OOMA said he would do an adjustment.  He had wanted Barb to call him back on another line, so he could do his test with her live but since we don't have a cell phone, he couldn't do it live.  Barb hung up and he did his adjustment and Barb called her friend again and asked her to call us back.  The in-coming calls still didn't work.  So we went to bed and then the next day the phone seemed to work.  So I guess the adjustment just had to take a while.
