I tried to log on my work computer to put in my hours to get paid and I couldn’t get on my email or the website that they use for the time sheets.  I was getting strange messages that I should use my new password.  I tried again and again being very careful to put my password in correctly.  Then I thought about the fact that I got hired on October 16^th last year and there was probably something that happened one year later.  I phone my supervisor and he gave me the number for the help desk and the guy who answered the phone looked up my account and said that my account had expired.  It was a one year account and he needed an email from my supervisor to reinstate the account.  So I got the account reinstated a couple of days later but it was too late to get my hours in.  So I wasn’t going to get paid this coming payday.  I could back date the hours for the next payday and fortunately I didn’t lose anything on my account.
