We
went to Paul’s house for a birthday party and I met this fellow
named Willie. He was from Venezuela and once played competitive
baseball. His parents named him after Willie Mays. Barb told me
that he wasn’t a very good pickleball player but he was known for
dressing very strangely. We found out that he was married to Cindy
and she was an even worse pickleball player and was also known for
dressing strangely. Barb asked Willie what he did for a living and
he said that he was a sleep clinic doctor. Barb told him the story
about my problems getting a new CPAP. Then we found out that he had
taken over the practice from the doctor that I was having so much
trouble with. I said I had an appointment to see him next Tuesday.
He said that when I came in to Paul’s house he had noted that I had
marks on my face from my CPAP mask.
