My
sister and I went out for lunch to celebrate my birthday. It was
Labour Day and almost every restaurant that we looked up was closed.
We finally found a restaurant in Stratford. We sat in a window seat
in the restaurant where it was quiet and we could talk. I was facing
the window and saw a family sit at a table on the patio. The father
of the family had a yellow golf shirt exactly like mine. When we
were leaving the restaurant, I said I like the colour of your shirt.
We both laughed. Then my sister and I went for a walk around the
parks by the river. We eventually had to go to the bathroom and I
said there was a Tim Hortons on the way back to the car. When we got
to the Tim Hortons, we found that it was closed down. So we decided
to walk back to the restaurant and use their bathroom. The family
was still on the patio and the father saw me and said he liked the
colour of my shirt.
