Restore Point

Barb finally phoned the computer shop and the man there said that he had cleaned the fan because it was jammed with dust. Now the computer worked fine. He said he was just cleaning off some stuff to make it work better and then she could come and pick it up. When Barb got the computer home, she noticed that he had deleted her Firefox browser which is the only browser that she uses and has all her favourite places and all her passwords saved. She was furious with the computer shop man. I was fortunately able to find a restore point from before he did his, so called, clean up and was able to restore her computer with her old Firefox and all her favourite places and passwords.
